Stay fully informed about client products, services, policies, and updates in order to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers at all times. Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate with complete accuracy and confidence in Dutch across all customer touchpoints. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility purposes). A strong customer-first mindset with demonstrated experience or genuine enthusiasm for working within the customer support services industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration within an international team environment. Solid computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software efficiently.
