Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a talented Dutch Speaking Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join our team with the unique option to work either in Greece or Bulgaria, including paid relocation support! As a Dutch Speaking CX Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, managing inquiries and providing tailored customer support. Engage with clients through various communication channels to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and improve processes. Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address potential concerns before they escalate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and improve service offerings. Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide clients with relevant information and advice. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage. Experience in customer experience, customer success, or a related customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Greece or Bulgaria with full relocation support provided.
