This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and security of our digital services, ensuring that users can safely interact on our platforms. Join us in our mission to create a trustworthy online environment! Key Responsibilities Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and safety guidelines. Conduct detailed investigations into reported safety incidents, applying analytical skills to assess the situation accurately. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and enhance safety protocols and operational procedures. Create and present comprehensive reports that highlight findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay informed about emerging risks and trends in digital safety to help mitigate potential threats. Engage with users to educate them on digital safety best practices and resources available to them. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a requirement; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in digital safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred. Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication skills, with a focus on clarity in relaying safety policies. Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risk factors. Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety practices. Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
