As a specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers in optimizing their experience with Fitbit products, ensuring they receive the support they need for their health and wellness journeys. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and inquiries related to product functionalities. Offer knowledgeable advice on health tracking features and assist with app usage for an optimal customer experience. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. Partner with technical support teams to address and resolve complex customer issues when necessary. Stay updated on the latest Fitbit products and health tracking trends to enhance customer support efforts. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Prior experience in customer support or service, especially in a technology or health product environment, is preferred. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a capacity to assist customers effectively. Excellent communication skills focused on creating a positive customer experience. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus. Self-motivated with efficient time management skills suited for a collaborative work environment. A genuine interest in health, fitness, and technology is essential for success in this role.
