As a Specialist, you will provide expert assistance to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with Fitbit product inquiries, troubleshooting, and overall product use to enhance their health and fitness experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products. Assist customers with device setup, operational guidance, and troubleshooting issues. Provide clear instructions on Fitbit app functionalities and health tracking features. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex problems. Stay informed about latest Fitbit updates and health technology trends to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in health or technology sectors. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to assist customers with technical issues.
