Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a highly skilled Dutch Speaking Fraud Investigator to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes a fully paid relocation package to help you transition smoothly. As a Fraud Investigator, you will play an essential role in identifying and preventing fraud to protect our clients' interests. Responsibilities: Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent transactions using advanced analytical tools. Analyze data and financial records to detect potential fraud patterns. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to collect necessary evidence. Communicate with clients in Dutch to clarify case details and provide updates. Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations. Stay informed on the latest fraud trends and prevention techniques. Fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are required. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in fraud investigation or related roles is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation costs are fully covered.
