Your Role: Help source and attract talented candidates from various backgrounds, utilizing your Dutch language skills. Conduct engaging interviews, learning the ropes of candidate assessment along the way. Build strong relationships with candidates, offering support and guidance as they navigate the recruitment process. Work closely with our experienced hiring managers to understand their needs and match candidates accordingly. Participate in the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, with mentoring from the team. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, contributing your fresh ideas to enhance our strategies. Provide updates to the team on recruitment progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; English language skills are a plus. No previous recruitment experience is required—we are here to train you! Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are crucial in this role.
