Own the recruitment process from crafting engaging job descriptions to successfully negotiating offers. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed on the latest recruitment trends and practices—your innovative ideas are always welcome! Keep the team updated with regular insights and progress reports on your recruitment initiatives. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential, with English skills being a great plus! Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will set you apart! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams. Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment projects with creativity and enthusiasm.
