Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a proactive Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our global team! This is a fantastic opportunity for talented individuals who are passionate about connecting people with their ideal jobs. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work remotely from anywhere in the world, sourcing and engaging top talent for a range of roles across our organization. Key Responsibilities Utilize various channels to identify, attract, and engage potential candidates for open positions. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic recruiting support. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment campaigns remotely. Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
