Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and deliver the right talent efficiently. Own and manage the entire recruitment cycle from crafting eye-catching job ads to sealing the deal with candidates. Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with industry trends and innovative recruiting practices. Keep the team informed by sharing recruitment updates and insights that highlight our journey towards success. Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) is a must—English proficiency is a bonus! Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly preferred—bring your expertise! Exceptional communication skills to connect with candidates and hiring teams seamlessly. Ability to work independently while managing recruitment projects with creativity and enthusiasm. Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to scout the best talent.
