Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Front Office Technical Advisor, with paid relocation to Sofia. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy directly engaging with customers while providing expert technical support. As a Front Office Technical Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional front office technical support to Dutch-speaking customers in person, via phone, and through digital channels. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients, guiding them through solutions and ensuring their satisfaction. Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps taken in the CRM system for record keeping. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and share customer feedback. Stay informed about product developments, updates, and best practices to enhance customer service. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using CRM software and technical support tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
