This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess a knack for technical problem-solving. As a Front Office Technical Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate various technical challenges and providing comprehensive support. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding technical assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. Effectively document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system, maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to provide knowledgeable support. Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up. Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing customer experience. Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support platforms is a benefit. Must be willing to relocate to Sofia and embrace new cultural experiences. Positive attitude with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service.
