Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Hotel Reservations Advisor! This role allows you to work in the beautiful surroundings of Greece, with paid relocation support. As a vital member of our team, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients in securing their perfect hotel accommodations while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel reservations via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking process. Provide detailed information regarding hotel options, amenities, rates, and special promotions tailored to the client's needs. Process reservation requests accurately, verifying all details with the client to prevent any misunderstandings. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to hotel bookings with professionalism and dedication. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details within our CRM system. Stay up to date with the latest trends in the hospitality industry to provide informed recommendations to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable. A strong passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel destinations and services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. Able to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation support provided.
