Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a motivated Dutch Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package! This exciting opportunity allows you to support Dutch-speaking customers using iRobot products, ensuring they receive expert assistance and exceptional service. Your Role In this role, you will be the primary contact for Dutch customers, offering support across various channels including phone, email, and chat. Your expertise will help customers troubleshoot issues, understand product features, and enhance their overall experience with iRobot. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking iRobot customers through phone, chat, and email. Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through solutions. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Stay updated on the latest iRobot products, features, and updates to provide accurate assistance. Contribute to improving support processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with tech or consumer electronics products. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with a fully paid relocation package. Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
