You will be the go-to expert for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering world-class technical and customer support. Your Role As a Dutch Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will assist customers with inquiries related to iRobot products, troubleshooting, and service guidance. Your technical knowledge, coupled with excellent communication skills in Dutch, will ensure the best customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide expert support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding iRobot products. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution. Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Stay updated on iRobot product features, updates, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in technical customer support, preferably with electronic or robotic products. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and support software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
