Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a motivated Dutch Speaking Lead Generation Specialist to join our dedicated team in Greece. This role offers the unique opportunity of fully paid relocation, allowing you to immerse yourself in a vibrant culture while contributing to our online network platform. You will be responsible for generating leads within Dutch-speaking markets, fostering initial relationships, and promoting our innovative services. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads in the Dutch-speaking market to build a strong prospect pipeline. Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media, effectively communicating the advantages of our platform. Qualify leads to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a good fit with our services. Document interactions and update records in our CRM system to track progress and lead status. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to devise effective lead generation strategies. Stay current on industry trends to better convey our platform’s value to potential users. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; additional languages such as English or Greek are advantageous. Experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is beneficial. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a drive to meet and exceed targets. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
