Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to Level 2 support teams in a clear, professional, and timely manner, ensuring seamless continuity of service for all customers. Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting procedures in a clear and empathetic manner, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage of the process. Proactively identify recurring technical issues and communicate relevant trends to team leaders, contributing to the continuous improvement of Customer Support Services delivery. Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the products, services, and systems supported, participating in ongoing training and development sessions as required. Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time, first-contact resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role, as you will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers on a daily basis. A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position. A solid working knowledge of English is required for internal communication, documentation, and collaboration with international team members. Previous experience in a customer support, technical support, or help desk role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous, though motivated candidates with a strong aptitude for technology are also encouraged to apply.
