YOUR ROLE: THE VOICE OF THE BROADCAST As a Live Presenter, you are more than a host—you are an entertainer. You will lead our live Dutch-language broadcasts, engaging with thousands of viewers worldwide. Host Digital Productions: Present world-class interactive games in a professional, lively, and captivating manner. Audience Interaction: Engage with viewers through a live interface, maintaining high energy and a positive atmosphere. Brand Ambassador: Uphold top-tier standards of personal presentation and master professional on-camera techniques. Operational Precision: Follow strict broadcast procedures to ensure total accuracy and integrity. Studio Teamwork: Collaborate closely with production crews and floor managers for a seamless, high-quality viewer experience. COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE REWARDS We offer a competitive package designed to reward your specialized language skills and on-air performance. Estimated monthly earnings: €1,850 – €2,100 gross. Guaranteed Base: A fixed monthly salary of €1,500. Language Premium: An extra €4.00 per hour for all live broadcast hours. Quality Bonuses: Earn up to €3.00 extra per hour based on professionalism and performance evaluations. Night Shift Differential: Late-night hours (22:55 – 08:00) come with a +20% pay increase. Growth Potential: Opportunities to increase your schedule up to 40 hours per week for higher earnings.
