THE ROLE: ARCHITECT OF THE BROADCAST As a Live Presenter, you are more than a host—you are an elite entertainer. You will lead our Dutch-language broadcasts, engaging with a global audience in real-time within a sophisticated studio environment. Digital Production Hosting: Deliver world-class interactive gaming sessions with a professional, captivating, and high-energy delivery. Audience Engagement: Interface directly with viewers via a live digital portal, maintaining a positive atmosphere and high levels of viewer retention. Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation and master professional on-camera communication techniques. Operational Integrity: Adhere to rigorous broadcast protocols to ensure absolute accuracy and procedural transparency. COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE REWARDS Our package is strategically designed to reward specialized linguistic skills and on-air excellence. Estimated Monthly Earnings: €1,850 – €2,100 Gross. Guaranteed Base: A fixed monthly salary of €1,500. Language Premium: An additional €4.00 per hour for all live broadcast sessions. Quality Incentives: Earn up to €3.00 extra per hour based on performance evaluations and professionalism. Night Differential: Hours worked between 22:55 and 08:00 attract a +20% salary increase. Scalability: Opportunities to increase your schedule up to 40 hours per week for enhanced earning potential. "WELCOME TO MADRID" RELOCATION SUITE We ensure your transition to the Spanish capital is effortless, allowing you to focus on your professional debut. Travel Coverage: Fully subsidized flight to Madrid (or high-speed rail within Spain). Initial Housing: 25 days of complimentary temporary accommodation provided upon arrival.
