This exciting opportunity includes a paid relocation package, making your transition to this beautiful country seamless! In this role, you will play a key part in managing logistics operations and providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality logistical assistance and customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels. Oversee the coordination and timely delivery of shipments, ensuring all tracking information is accurate. Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping methods, and resolve any delivery issues. Document all customer interactions and maintain precise records in our systems. Collaborate with logistics teams to enhance and optimize service delivery processes. Keep informed about industry developments and best practices to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics software and customer relationship management tools is a plus. A proactive mindset and commitment to providing excellent service quality.
