In this role, you will be the critical link between our customers and our exceptional logistics services. What You'll Do Engage with our Dutch-speaking customers by providing top-notch support for their logistics and delivery inquiries through various channels. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure our customers’ orders are delivered on time and efficiently, creating a seamless experience. Assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving any delivery-related issues with a friendly and professional approach. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up. Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance our logistics processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Stay ahead of logistics trends and best practices to provide informed support and suggestions to our customers. You must be fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus! Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or customer service roles is a distinct advantage. Great communication skills with a flair for helping customers make their logistics experience delightful. A proactive problem-solver who can manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks with ease. Familiarity with logistics software and CRM systems is a bonus.
