We are looking for an Onboarding Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will help ambitious Dutch companies grow their international presence using advanced advertising tools. You will be the main consultant for the Netherlands, managing the digital plans for new partners and making sure they succeed over the long term. Your Role: Growth and Strategy You will be the person in charge of a client's first experience with us, turning complex ad tech into real business growth. Campaign Management: Organize and launch high-performance PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns for a variety of Dutch clients. Product Expertise: Act as a specialist for top advertising platforms, picking the right tools to meet specific business goals. Consultative Sales: Look closely at what a client needs and suggest marketing solutions that give them the best return on their money. Revenue Growth: Find ways to grow accounts and manage budgets so clients get the most value possible. Records: Keep the CRM system updated so that the whole team has the information they need to work together. Who We Are Looking For We need someone who is good with data and knows how to build trust with Dutch business leaders. Education: You must have a University degree (BA/BS). If you have a Master's in Marketing or Communications, that is even better. Languages: You need to speak and write Dutch and English perfectly (Native or C2 level). Background: You should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a client-facing role where you consistently hit your targets. Technical Skills: You are comfortable using data and AI tools to create smart strategies for your clients. Market Knowledge: You understand how Dutch business works, including regional rules like GDPR.
