Core Accountabilities Include: PPC Campaign Delivery: Onboarding a dedicated portfolio of new customers by designing, executing, and overseeing high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies that yield clear, quantifiable results. Proactive Client Communication: Initiating outbound contact, making proactive calls to introduce services, deeply understand client needs, and provide customized digital advertising solutions. Strategic Setup: Ensuring all new campaigns are set up strategically to deliver immediate impact and support the client's long-term business success. Revenue Growth: Taking active ownership of increasing client advertising expenditure by identifying and successfully converting upsell opportunities. Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system. High-Volume Efficiency: Effectively managing a large daily volume of interactions with clients and prospects, primarily through phone communication, while maintaining high standards. Candidate Profile: Essential Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this fast-paced environment, candidates must meet the following criteria: Bilingual Requirement: Native-level (C2) fluency in Dutch is mandatory, combined with C2 fluency in English. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in sales or marketing, with substantial previous experience in demanding, client-facing positions. Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required; a Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is highly preferred. Tech Proficiency: Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
