Your Impact and Core Responsibilities You will be the vital link connecting our platform to new, high-potential companies, acting as a trusted expert and ensuring their successful launch. Your main mission is to establish strong partnerships, maximize product usage, drastically reduce customer drop-off (churn), and continuously uncover opportunities for account expansion. Key Accountabilities: PPC Campaign Management: Take ownership of a new client portfolio, designing, executing, and optimizing high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns that generate clear, quantifiable results. Proactive Engagement: Initiate consistent outbound contact—primarily via phone—to fully understand client goals and deliver tailored, impactful digital advertising solutions. Strategic Launch: Ensure all campaigns are set up strategically to achieve immediate success while laying the foundation for long-term client growth. Revenue Generation: Drive increased client advertising spend by actively identifying and converting upsell opportunities within your customer base. Data Integrity: Accurately create, update, and maintain comprehensive customer records within the CRM system. High-Volume Productivity: Confidently manage a significant daily volume of interactions with clients and prospects, maintaining both efficiency and service quality. Required Skills and Experience To be successful in this challenging position, candidates must meet the following criteria: Language Fluency: Native (C2) proficiency in Dutch is essential, combined with C2 fluency in English. Professional Background: A minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with significant prior experience in high-pressure, client-facing roles. Educational Foundation: A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) degree is required; a Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is a major plus. Systems Expertise: Strong, demonstrable experience managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Tech Integration: A proven ability to integrate AI tools into the daily workflow and use the resulting insights to personalize and elevate outreach strategies.
