This unique opportunity allows you to work in Bulgaria, complete with paid relocation benefits. In this role, you will be instrumental in handling the order to cash process, ensuring a top-notch experience for our Dutch-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee the order to cash cycle, from order entry to invoicing and payment collection. Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve order inquiries. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance client satisfaction. Maintain and update the ERP system to ensure accurate order management and financial records. Identify and analyze trends in order processing to improve efficiency and service quality. Adhere to company policies and external regulations throughout the order management process. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is also required. Previous experience in order to cash processes, finance, or a similar field is preferred. Strong detail orientation and organizational abilities to manage diverse order flows. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. A proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural and professional experience.
