Join the team at Mercier Consultancy MD as a Dutch Speaking Order to Cash Specialist! This exciting role offers you the chance to work in beautiful Greece with full relocation support. As an Order to Cash Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the order process, ensuring seamless transactions for our Dutch-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the order processing cycle from order receipt to cash collection, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Communicate with Dutch-speaking clients to address inquiries and resolve any order-related issues. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in our ERP system to track orders, payment status, and other relevant information. Analyze and report on order trends to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and service. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the order to cash lifecycle. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required. Experience in order management, finance, or a related field is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex order processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new work environment and culture.
