Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and client-focused Dutch-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English, have a strong background in sales or customer service, and be passionate about helping clients navigate the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to Dutch-speaking clients throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
• Stay informed about local market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
• UAE real estate experience and RERA certification is an advantage
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
