Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them appropriately. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times. Assist with booking appointments and managing schedules for team members. Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations. Support other departments as needed to enhance overall productivity. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in using office software and equipment. Friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
