This position offers a chance to leverage your recruitment skills to make a difference in a dynamic environment. Role Overview: Engage with candidates to identify and attract top talent for various positions within MCG. Conduct thorough interviews that assess both skills and cultural fit for the organization. Build strong relationships with candidates, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to offer negotiation, maintaining a high level of candidate experience. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking to find the best candidates. Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance our approach. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective engagement with candidates and clients. Ability to independently manage recruitment initiatives and maintain a proactive approach. Familiarity with recruitment software, job boards, and various sourcing platforms. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills to handle multiple assignments at once. Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to work remotely within Europe, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
