This exciting internship offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be involved in a variety of recruiting tasks and develop your skills in a practical setting. Your Role: Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the company. Conduct interviews in Dutch and assist in evaluating candidate fit for our open positions. Help maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and care. Work closely with experienced recruiters to understand job requirements and hiring criteria. Assist in writing and posting job advertisements across different platforms to attract top talent. Contribute to market research and talent mapping to identify emerging trends. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus! A keen interest in recruitment and human resources, with a desire to learn and grow. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members. Self-motivated with good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks. Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for recruitment. A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to take initiative and contribute to team goals. A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and helping them succeed. Available for the duration of the internship in Greece.
