Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms within the Recruitment & Staffing sector. Conduct professional screening interviews in Dutch to assess candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit for client requirements. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Dutch-speaking talent to meet the staffing needs of clients across multiple industries. Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client briefs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Manage candidate records, application tracking, and communications efficiently using our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to placement. Support the broader recruitment team with market research, talent mapping, and database management activities in alignment with Mercier Consultancy Group's standards. Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously develop your skills within the Recruitment & Staffing industry. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — all candidate communications and interviews will be conducted in Dutch. Valid EU passport (mandatory). Must be willing to follow a 3 months training in Athens, Greece ( relocation paid ). No prior experience in recruitment is required — a genuine enthusiasm for people, communication, and the Recruitment & Staffing industry is what matters most. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fully remote setting within Portugal. Comfortable using digital tools, communication platforms, and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
