Report regularly to management on recruitment progress and candidate feedback, contributing to our overall success. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a valuable addition. Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams. Ability to work independently and manage recruitment initiatives with creativity and energy. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent. Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments efficiently.
