Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a valuable addition. Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams. Ability to work independently and manage recruitment initiatives with creativity and energy.
