As a Renewal Specialist, you will focus on managing the renewal process for our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they continue to receive outstanding value from our services. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the renewal process for Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring timely renewals and a seamless experience. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to encourage continued engagement. Proactively follow up with clients prior to renewal deadlines, addressing any concerns and facilitating a smooth renewal process. Keep detailed records of client interactions and renewal activity in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and advocate for client needs. Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) is required; English proficiency is a key advantage. Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship management. Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with technology. A dedication to customer satisfaction and achieving business goals. Willing to relocate to Greece, with full relocation support provided.
