Stay up to date with Agoda's latest products, promotions, and travel industry developments in order to deliver informed and relevant assistance to customers. Meet and exceed individual performance targets and quality benchmarks, contributing to the overall success of the tourism customer service team. Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — a strong command of Dutch is a non-negotiable requirement. A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
