Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com's customer service operations based in Greece. This position offers a great opportunity to use your Dutch language skills while working in the vibrant travel and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers with booking accommodations via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about available properties, prices, and Booking.com policies. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with efficiency. Resolve customer inquiries professionally to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings using Booking.com's systems. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Fluent Dutch speaking and writing skills are required; good command of English is beneficial. Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality sector is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be provided.
