Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com operations in Greece. This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in the travel and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Handle accommodation booking requests from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Offer detailed information about available properties, booking terms, and Booking.com policies. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately. Resolve customer queries and issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using Booking.com's reservation platform. Collaborate with team members to ensure service quality and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with online booking systems and CRM tools. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be discussed.
