Mercier Consultancy Group is excited to offer a remote position for a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent supporting Booking.com. This opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the travel and accommodation sector. Key Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat channels. Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies to customers. Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Resolve inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and bookings using Booking.com's reservation system. Work collaboratively with the team to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets while working remotely. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is beneficial. Previous experience in reservations or customer service, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Comfortable using online booking platforms, CRM systems, and remote communication tools. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work efficiently as part of a remote team. Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment in Greece.
