Join Mercier Consultancy MD as a Dutch Speaking Sales Representative with an exciting opportunity for relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals who are proficient in Dutch and eager to excel in a vibrant new environment. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving sales of our client’s premium products and services in the market. Key Responsibilities Establish strong connections with potential clients through effective sales techniques, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Present and educate customers about the benefits of our client’s offerings, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, actively contributing to the team’s overall success. Monitor market trends and competitor behavior to adapt and enhance your sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote client retention. Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for this role. Adaptability to a multicultural work environment and dynamic business practices.
