The Project You will be working on a specialized project dedicated to helping businesses "refuel" their sales pipeline using premium networking and prospecting tools. Your Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Dutch-speaking market. Strategic Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and personalized email sequences to C-level executives and business owners. Social Selling: Utilize advanced professional networking tools to engage with prospects and build meaningful relationships. Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points, ensuring a perfect fit for our premium services. Pipeline Management: Expertly manage your sales funnel and document all activities in the CRM to ensure a seamless handover to the Account Executive team. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends in the Netherlands and Belgium to position our solutions effectively. Requirements Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level fluency in Dutch and a minimum of B2 English. Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing is mandatory. Tech Literacy: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and a deep understanding of professional social media ecosystems. Location: You must be currently residing in Bulgaria or willing to relocate to Bulgaria immediately. Mindset: A competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented personality.
