This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Sales Support Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our Dutch-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities Provide support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries and service requests in Dutch. Assist in processing orders, maintaining customer data, and following up on sales leads. Prepare sales reports and assist in developing sales strategies to enhance overall performance. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth sales process and fulfill customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in sales support or customer service roles is beneficial. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
