Native or fluent Dutch language skills — both spoken and written — are mandatory for this role; strong command of English is also required for internal communication. Valid EU passport or relevant documentation permitting legal residence and remote work within Bulgaria (mandatory). Previous experience in a customer support services role, helpdesk environment, or digital customer-facing position is highly advantageous. Genuine interest in search engine technology, digital products, and online tools, combined with strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism, patience, and clarity.
