Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation support provided! We are searching for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. In this role, you will help clients leverage our innovative products to meet their unique needs and drive their business forward. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their specific needs and business objectives during consultations. Design and deliver customized solutions that effectively address client challenges using our products. Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Conduct training and support sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the best advice. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients. Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn about new tools and systems. A self-starter attitude, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. A dedication to providing high-quality customer service and support.
