We are seeking enthusiastic Dutch speakers to support our talent acquisition efforts in beautiful Cape Town. Your Role: Assist in the recruitment process by providing support in sourcing and engaging potential candidates. Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit with our clients. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job specifications and organizational needs. Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless application experience throughout the hiring process. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the selection process and enhance candidate experience. Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and ideas for improving talents support strategies. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills in the recruitment field. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus but not required. A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards supporting the recruitment process and helping candidates succeed. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate with others in a team-oriented atmosphere. Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, supported by our paid relocation package to aid your transition. Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
