Your Role: Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates from various industries. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job specifications and organizational needs. Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, fostering a positive experience. Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent efficiently. Participate in team discussions, contributing insights and innovative ideas for enhancing recruitment strategies. Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to refine your recruitment expertise. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. A proactive and positive approach to supporting candidates throughout their recruitment process. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks effectively.
