Your Role: Support the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging with Dutch-speaking candidates from diverse backgrounds. Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and compatibility with our clients’ needs. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand job requirements and team dynamics. Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing a positive experience. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top-tier talent effectively. Participate in team discussions, sharing ideas and strategies to enhance talent support initiatives. Engage in continuous professional development to refine your recruitment skills and knowledge. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. A proactive, positive attitude toward supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently. A collaborative spirit and readiness to work in a team-oriented environment.
