Your Role: Support the recruitment team by sourcing and reaching out to Dutch-speaking candidates across various channels. Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to gauge candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully comprehend job requirements and team dynamics. Facilitate effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Employ different recruitment tools and platforms to attract the best talent efficiently. Contribute to team brainstorm sessions by providing innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. Engage in ongoing professional growth through training opportunities to further develop your recruitment skills. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential, while proficiency in English is advantageous. A proactive and positive demeanor in supporting candidates during their recruitment journey. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
