Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively to enhance customer experience. Guide customers through detailed solutions, ensuring they understand the processes involved. Document customer interactions and maintain a record of issues and resolutions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues.
