In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical queries through online channels. Responsibilities Offer outstanding technical assistance and support to Dutch-speaking customers via online platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Guide customers through common technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions. Document all interactions with customers in our support system for future reference and quality assurance. Collaborate with the development and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality. Stay updated with the latest product releases and technical developments to provide accurate information to clients. Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); proficiency in English is advantageous. Prior experience in a technical support role or customer service is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills. Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner. Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
