You will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking clients with various technical issues related to our services, ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch technical support to Dutch-speaking customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring clear communication with clients. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide optimal solutions to their inquiries. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical challenges and improve service delivery. Stay informed about products, service updates, and best practices in technical support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in technical support or a customer service role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a capability to simplify technical concepts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
