Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dutch Speaking Technical Online Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with our Dutch-speaking clientele, providing them with the technical support and guidance required to navigate our services and products effectively. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through online channels. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues reported by clients. Provide clear and concise instructions to customers, helping them understand the resolution process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support queries. Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions. Keep up-to-date with product updates, service changes, and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a bonus. Previous experience in technical support or a related customer service position is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others. Familiarity with online support tools and CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
